Floor Plans 1:100

Floor plans deal with the relationship between rooms and spaces show the variety of wall thicknesses. The rendering presents the amount of daylight that is getting into the building from the roof windows and the curtain-wall façade.

Longitudinal section 1:50
The section deals with the different thicknesses, the materiality and fittings of spaces such as and the natural daylight within the space.

Exterior elevation 1:100
The elevation shows how the building fits in context. It is the front view of the building and deals with the materiality of the façade and more specifically the glass to be used which will reflect surroundings and also reduce the visibility from outside to inside thus securing the need of privacy for the 1st and 2nd floor.

Interior perspectives

The perspectives show the interior of the two key spaces of the building. They deal with materiality, furniture and also the inhabitation and occupation of the spaces.

Model 1:50
The model was constructed with wood material in white color in an effort to emphasize shadows that are created by the oblong shape of the space and the source of daylight penetrates into it from the roof windows. The difference in color of the internal walls was used to present how the spaces are separated.
